Carrot Pecan Cake*

1-1/4 cups oils
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
4 eggs
1 cup chopped pecans
3 cups grated carrots
วิธีทำ
Combine oil and sugar; mix well
Sift together remaining dry ingredients
Sift half of mixture into sugar mixture
Sift remaining alternately with eggs, one at a time
Mix well after each addition
Add carrots, then pecans
Pour into lightly oiled tube pan
Bake at 325 for 80 minutes
Cool in pan upright
Remove and frost with orange glaze
