Eggs Benedict*

12 slices bacon
12 eggs
2/3 cup half and half
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
1-1/2 cups milk
41/2-ounce jar sliced mushrooms
2 packages chopped beef
วิธีทำ
Fry bacon til crisp; set aside
Use bacon fat to fry eggs
Cook eggs til semi-done but not dry
Use half and half in eggs
Place in 2-quart dish or 9x13 pan
Make sauce from butter, flour, and milk
Add mushrooms and beef to sauce
Pour sauce over eggs, top with bacon
Refrigerate overnight; remove 1 hour before baking
Bake at 275 for 1 hour
