CHRISTMAS CHEESE BALL

2 pkgs. (8 oz each) cream cheese, cubed and softened

2 c. (8 oz) shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion

1 Tbsp. diced pimientos

1 Tbsp. diced green pepper or green onion

2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp. lemon juice

Chopped pecans, toasted

วิธีทำ

Combine ingredients in food processor until blended. Shape into ball. Roll in pecans.

Cover and chill
