Hot Fudge Pudding Cake II

2 teaspoons instant coffee (or 1 cup cold coffee...)
1-1/2 cups water (...and 1/2 cup water)
2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup sugar
6 tablespoons butter
2 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg yolk
วิธีทำ
Adjust rack to lower-middle position and heat oven to 325
Spray 8" square glass pan
Stir instant coffee into water; set aside
Stir together 1/3 cup cocoa, brown sugar, and 1/3 cup sugar; set aside
Melt butter, 1/3 cup cocoa, and chocolate in double boiler
Mix melted mixture with a whisk and set aside to cool slightly
Whisk flour and baking powder in a bowl; set aside
Whisk remaining 2/3 cup sugar, vanilla, milk, and salt til combined
Whisk in yolk; add chocolate and whisk to combine
Add flour mixture and whisk til evenly moistened
Pour batter into prepared baking dish and spread evenly
Sprinkle cocoa/sugar mixture over batter, covering entire surface
Pour coffee mixture gently over cocoa mixture
Bake until cake is puffed and bubbling, about 45 minutes
Cool cake in dish on wire rack about 25 minuter before serving
