1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsps. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
2 large eggs, at room temperature
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/3 cup milk
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
Maple Glaze:
4 tablespoons salted butter
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice together in a large bowl until combined. Set aside.

In a medium bowl, whisk the oil, brown sugar, eggs, pumpkin puree, milk, and vanilla extract together until combined.
Pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, then fold together gently just until combined and no flour pockets remain.
Spray doughnut pan with non-stick spray. Spoon the batter into the donut cavities (or use pastry bag) and bake at 350°F for about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, to make the glaze add butter to a small pot set over medium heat. Allow butter to brown slightly until it smells toasted, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and whisk in the maple syrup, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Dip doughnuts into the glaze.
