NEW YORK CHERRY CHEESECAKE

Crust:
9 whole graham crackers, finely crushed (abt 1-1/2 cups)
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Cake:
5 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
4 eggs
1 can (20 oz.) cherry pie filling
วิธีทำ
Crust:
Mix crumbs, sugar, and butter; press firmly onto bottom of 9" springform pan.
Bake @ 325° for 10 minutes. Cool.
Cake:
Beat cream cheese, sugar, flour, and vanilla until well blended. Add sour cream; mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended. Pour over crust.
Bake @ 325° for 1 hr. 5 min. or until center is almost set. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Spread pie filling over cheesecake and garnish with chocolate curls just before serving.
