Creamy Gochujang Noodles. Fun Shaped Food Makes Everything M

1 tbsp gochujang
1 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tsp honey
1 garlic clove
1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
300ml veggie stock
3 noodle nests
1 yellow pepper
1/2 a white onion
A handful of broccoli

Slice your veg into matchsticks and sautÃĐ in vegetable oil for a couple of minutes. Meanwhile, mix all the sauce ingredients together and put your noodles on to boil.
Add the sauce to the veggies, along with the stock and the cooked noodles, mix it all up and enjoy!
