Sausage And Peppers

ส่วนผสม

• 2 lbs Italian Sausage (half sweet half hot)

• 3 bell peppers (green and red)

• 2-3 yellow onions

• Garlic?

• 2 24oz jars Tomato Basil sauce (wegmans or siggy)

• ___ Italian rolls

วิธีทำ

1. sauté sliced peppers, onions, and garlic. (Don’t cook too much or they disintegrate in the sauce)

2. Sear/cook sausages

3. Slice sausages

4. Add sausage and peppers and onions to pot with sauce. Simmer until cooked
