Cafe Latte Creme Brulee

3 cups whipping cream
2 teaspoons instant coffee
5 eggs yolks
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 tablespoons packed brown sugar
วิธีทำ
Heat oven to 325
Place 6 ramekin or baking cups in 15x10 pan
Combine cream and coffee; heat to simmer, stirring occasionally
Remove from heat
Combine egg yolks and eggs; beat well
Stir in sugar until combined
With whisk, stir in hot cream mixture til blended
Stir in vanilla Pour into ramekins
Fill pan with water until 1/2" up ramekins
Place in oven
Bake for 30-35 minutes
Remove ramekins and cool 30 minutes
Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight
Place back in pan
Top with brown sugar
Broil 4-6" from heat for 1-2 minutes, or til sugar melted
