Cake:
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 stick margarine
1 c. water
4 Tbsp. cocoa
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
Icing:
1 stick margarine
4 Tbsp. cocoa
6 Tbsp. milk
Powdered sugar
วิธีทำ
Cake:
Sift flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
In a saucepan, bring margarine, water, and cocoa to a simmering boil. Cool.
In a separate bowl, beat eggs. Add buttermilk, vinegar, vanilla, and baking soda.
Add egg mix and saucepan to dry ingredients. Mix well and pour into greased 11.5x15.5x1 pan.
Bake at 375° for 20 min.
Icing:
Bring margarine, cocoa, and milk to a boil. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar.
Remove cake from oven; cover cake with icing.
