1 cup soft unsalted butter

1 1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 cup milk

2 egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 1/2 cups all purpose flour

2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

Strawberries

1/2lb sliced fresh strawberries

Whip cream

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 cup powder sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

How to:

āļ§āļīāļ˜āļĩāļ—āļģ

Start by preheating your oven to 350F

In a large bowl mix your butter and sugar before adding in your egg and vanilla extract. Mix well then add in your milk.

Once all your wet ingredients are incorporated add in your dry and fold to combine. Transfer batter to a greased bundt cake tin and bake on 350F for 45-50 minutes.

Allow cake to cool completely before topping with whip cream and fresh berries!

Whip cream:

Start by whipping your heavy cream in a stand mixer until soft peaks form. Add your vanilla and powdered sugar and mix until peaks stiffen (about 2 minutes). Top your cooked and cooled cake.
