Egg Salad Sandwich

ส่วนผสม

8 eggs

6 tbsp mayonnaise

2 tbsp light sour cream

1tsp mustard

Salt and pepper

วิธีทำ

1. Place egss in water and bring to a boil.

2. Once at a boil remove from heat and let stand fro 15 minutes

3. Remove yokes from the whites and combine with mayo, mustard and salt and pepper

4. Cut up egg white and combine together
