Ukrainian Borscht (Quick Method) Ingredients:

Base: 0.5 kg meat (or veg broth), 2-3 potatoes, cabbage (white or purple).
Sofrito: 1-2 onion, 1-2 carrot, 1-2 beetroot (fresh or pre-cooked), tomato paste.
Extra: 1 can of beans.
วิธีทำ
Pot: Boil meat/broth. Add chopped potatoes and cabbage. Cook for 20-30 mins.
Pan: Sauté diced onion and carrot. Add beetroot, tomato paste, and spices. Simmer for 20-30 mins.
Combine: Mix the pan contents into the pot.
Add beans.
Finish: Cook for 10 more mins. Let it rest before serving.

Traditional Serving: Serve hot with Pampushky (savory buns with garlic oil). On the side, include fresh garlic, green onions, and thin slices bacon.
