1 gallon 2% milk
2 cup white vinegar
2 cups yogurt 2%
1 T salt
วิธีทำ
Place milk on medium until it gets to a slow boil
When milk starts rising change heat to low
Add 2 cups of yogurt
Whisk for few seconds fast
Then add 2 cups of vinegar (don’t mix again after adding vinegar)
Curdles will slowly start to form
When it slow boils again take the pot and use a strainer spoon to add the chunks of curdles to a strainer lined with cheesecloth sitting in a deep pot
Twist the cheese cloth tight and place the weight on it
Save the liquid from the pot that was on the stove and cool it down
(You will use 1/2 of the cooled liquid to store the cheese in after the cheese is ready/ condensed and formed in the cheese cloth)
After you place the 10 pound flat weight, wait about 10-15 min until no more liquid drips
