Gochujang Noodles

1 pack @vegetarianbutcher what the cluck pieces
1 red pepper
Â― a red cabbage
2 pak choy
2 cloves of garlic
1 knob of ginger (to taste)
spring onion and sesame seeds to garnish
300g cooked noodles
For the sauce:
2 tbsp Gochujang
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp honey
1 lime

In a hot pan, add oil and saute the âchickenâ pieces until nicely browned. Meanwhile, mix together the sauce ingredients in a separate bowl.
Cut the pepper, pak choy and red cabbage into strips and add these in. Fry on a high heat for about 3 minutes and then add the cooked noodles. stir through the sauce and serve immediately with spring onion and sesame seeds.
