Apple Cinnamon Raisin Bread*

3 to 3-1/2 cups flour
1 package yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon cinnamon
3/4 cup apple juice
1 teaspoon oils
1/2 cup water
3/4 cup raisins
วิธีทำ
Combine 1-1/2 cup flour, yeast, sugar, salt, and cinnamon
Mix well
Heat juice, oil and water until warm
Add to flour mixture
Blend at low speed until moist
Beat 3 minutes at medium speed
Stir in flour and raisins
Make a firm dough; knead
Place in greased bowl
Cover and let rise til doubled
Punch down on lightly floured board
Roll or pat into a 14x7 rectangle
Starting at shortest end, roll up tightly
Pinch edges to seal
Place in greased 9x5 loaf pan
Cover and let rise to double
Bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes
