Mom's Sides
zucchini chips or asparagus

1 C. almond flour
1/3 C. parmesan cheese
1 T. garlic powder
2 T. oregano
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 or 2 eggs
วิธีทำ
Scramble egg in bowl. Dip thinly sliced zucchini or asparagus in egg and dip in breading mixture. Place on greased baking pan. 425 degrees for 15-20 mins.
I have gotten to where I don't even bother with the egg. I just dip it in the spices (one side only, otherwise it's too peppery hot for me) and then bake.
