Healthy Pumpkin Donuts

2 ripe bananas
1 egg
1/2 cup pumpkin purée
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup gluten free cup-for-cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Optional: Dark Chocolate Chips)
วิธีทำ
combine wet ingredients (banana, pumpkin, vanilla and egg)
in a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients (flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda and baking powder)
add dry ingredients to wet and mix.
spray a donut pan with nonstick spray and add batter (I used a plastic bag and cut off the corner for easier transfer, but you can use a spoon too)
bake at 350F for 18 minutes
