4 C. cooked pinto beans (2 cans)
2 T dried onion, diced
1-1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 + 1/8 tsp pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1-1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
Smidge cayenne pepper
1 C water
วิธีทำ
Saute onions in oil until translucent and soft, Add beans and water. Let beans warm up and water start bubbling. Add all other ingredients. Mash together. Turn heat to low and cover. Let flavors mingle for 15 mins. Add water if needed.
หมายเหตุ
Dehydrates really well. Make a big huge batch and then dehydrate and store. Just add about equal amount of boiling water to rehydrate it. Keep adding water to get desired consistency.
