Sour Cream Meal Muffins

1-1/4 cups flour

3/4 cup cornmeal

3 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup sugar

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1 cup sour cream

1 beaten egg

วิธีทำ

Mix flour, cornmeal, baking powder, salt and sugar

Add soda to sour cream and stir til frothy; add egg

Add slowly to dry ingredients; stir just til mixed

Fill 12 greased muffin tins about 2/3 full

Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
