Fudge Pie ðĨ§
1-2 slices
āļāļģāļāļ§āļāļāļĩāđāđāļŠāļīāļĢāđāļ15-20 minutes
āđāļ§āļĨāļēāļāļģ45 minutes
āđāļ§āļĨāļēāļĢāļ§āļĄāļŠāđāļ§āļāļāļŠāļĄ
2 oz. bitter chocolate or ž c. unsweeter
Â― c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs slightly beaten
Â― c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
āļ§āļīāļāļĩāļāļģ
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt chocolate or butter with cocoa powder. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour into buttered 8 inch pie pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes until desired doneness. You want it to be soft in the middle.
If you want more of a cake like texture bake longer.
Remember glass pans keep cooking after you take them out of the oven.
