Chocolate Chiffon Cake

1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 4-ounce box german sweet chocolate
1/2 cup water
5 eggs separated
2/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Powdered sugar
วิธีทำ
Preheat oven to 350
Combine flour, baking powder and salt in small bowl; set aside
Combine chocolate and water in saucepan; melt over low and set aside
Beat egg whites on high til foamy; add sugar and beat til stiff peaks form
Combine chocolate, egg yolks and vanilla; beat til well-blended
Gradually add flour mixture to chocolate; beat til well-blended
Fold chocolate into egg white mixture with rubber spatula til incorporated
Pour into ungreased 10-inch tube pan; use knife to remove bubbles
Bake for 45-50 minutes
Invert cake and cool completely
