Quiche Lorraine

8 slices of bacon - crisp, cooked, and drained
4 eggs
Dash of Cayenne
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons flour
2 cups (8oz) swiss cheese shredded
Directions
Heat oven to 350°. Combine eggs, milk, and seasoning and mix well. Tossed cheese with flour. Add cheese mixture and bacon two egg. Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes. Let’s stand for 10 minutes before serving.
Bacon curls:
Cook three slices of bacon until almost crisp. Roll each slice around the ties of a fork to make curls. Place on top of pie.
