How to Make It 🔥
Directions
Prepare the Seafood Filling:
In a medium bowl, blend the cream cheese until smooth. Gently fold in the shrimp, crab, shredded cheese, chives, garlic powder, lemon zest, salt, and pepper until the mixture is creamy and well balanced.
Shape the Biscuits:
Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a round. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of filling into the center of each, then fold and pinch the edges closed, sealing the richness inside.
Arrange and Glaze:
Place the filled biscuits seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush the tops with beaten egg to encourage a glossy, golden finish.
Bake to Perfection:
Bake in a preheated 375°F oven for 15 to 18 minutes, until the biscuits are puffed, deeply golden, and fragrant.
Rest and Serve:
Allow the biscuit melts to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm, when the centers are irresistibly soft and molten.
