Ingredients

1 pound peeled, Deveined shrimp

1 pound boneless chicken

1 pound Andouille sausage

1 cup chopped onion

1 cup chopped bell peppers

1 cup chopped celery

4 tablespoons chopped garlic

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes

6 bay leaves

4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

4 teaspoons hot sauce

Meat Seasoning

1 ½ teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

½ teaspoon dried oregano

½ teaspoon dried thyme

Directions

Mix shrimp and raw chicken with Meat Seasoning until coated. Set aside. Sauté onion, bell pepper, garlic and celery in olive oil. Add salt, black pepper, tomatoes, bay leaves, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce. Stir until well mixed. Add sausage, shrimp and chicken. Bring to a slow boil. Simmer about one hour. S

Serve over rice.
