70g avocado

80g 0% fat Greek yoghurt

Juice of 1 lemon

Salt and pepper

Hot sauce

Fresh dill

Directions

Bake salmon at 375 for 12 mins than cool in fridge overnight.

Chuck the salmon into a bowl

Add the avocado, yoghurt, lemon juice

Season with salt and pepper
