Miso Savory Oats

1/2 c steel cut oats
1.5 c water
2 tsp white miso
1 tsp sesame oil
Toppings
avocado, sliced
sesame seeds
pumpkin seeds
wilted spinach
green onions, sliced
2 eggs, soft boiled & peeled (6 min in IP on low, quick release)
Directions
Simmer oats in water for 20 min til thickened. Remove from heat. Mix in miso and sesame oil. Serve with toppings.
