1/2 frozen banana
1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp cloves
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 cup ice
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce (optional)
Directions
Place apple and frozen banana into blender and blend for 15 seconds. Add the rest of the ingredients into your blender and process until smooth.
