Sticky Gochujang Chicken Noodles

300g chicken breast
1/2 tbsp Gochujang paste
1 onion
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp ginger
300g straight-to-wok medium noodles
Sesame seeds to serve. Spring onions
For the sauce:
1/2 tbsp Gochujang paste
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp reduced salt soy sauce
20ml rice vinegar
Directions
Slice the chicken into strips and add to a bowl with 1/2 tbsp Gochujang paste.
Add the onion and peppers into a pan with a spray of oil and cook for 5 minutes until softened, then add the chicken pieces.
Add all of the ingredients for the sauce into the pan and stir to combine, then toss in the noodles for a few minutes until fully coated.
Serve and top with sesame seeds.
