This ceviche is packed with bright, fresh flavors and so much deliciousness. 😋

It’s light, refreshing, and honestly one of my favorite dishes to make when the weather gets warm. Perfect for summer ☀️

All you need is:

Shrimp

Lemon or lime

Purple onion

Cilantro

Jalapeño

Mango

Tomatoes

Cucumber

Olive oil

Salt & pepper

Directions

Start by refrigerating the shrimp with lemon or lime for about 2 hours so the citrus cooks the shrimp. Once it’s ready, add all your fresh toppings, drizzle a little olive oil, give everything a good mix, and that’s it!
