Ingredients

1 bag frozen broccoli florets

Olive oil spray (or drizzle of olive oil)

Salt (be generous)

Black pepper

Garlic powder

Grated parmesan cheese (a lot)

Italian-style breadcrumbs (a lot)

Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Spray the bottom of a baking dish with olive oil.

Add frozen broccoli florets in an even layer. Do not thaw.

Season generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Cover the broccoli with a heavy layer of grated parmesan.

Add a thick layer of Italian-style breadcrumbs on top.

Spray or drizzle olive oil over everything.

Do not mix. Leave the layers as is.

Cover tightly with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove foil and bake another 25–30 minutes until crispy.

If needed, broil for 2–4 minutes until golden and crunchy on top.
