Season the ground chicken with paprika, cumin, turmeric, salt and pepper.

Directions

Add fresh parsley, diced onions, garlic and olive oil. Give everything a good mix.

Place on a baking sheet, form your kabobs, and bake for 40 minutes.

For the wrap, grab a head of lettuce and peel off the pieces.

Load it up with tzatziki, chicken kabob, purple onions, cucumbers, and tomatoes.

Assemble and wrap it up.

Perfect when you want something fresh and filling without the carbs.
