Garlic Butter Beef Linguine in Creamy Parmesan Sauce

12 oz linguine pasta
1 lb ground beef
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, diced
½ red bell pepper, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup beef broth
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
2 tbsp chopped parsley
Directions
Cook linguine in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside. (9 to 11 minutes)
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess grease. (6 to 8 minutes)
Add butter, onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until softened and fragrant. (3 to 4 minutes)
Stir in beef broth, heavy cream, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Simmer gently. (3 minutes)
Add Parmesan and mozzarella, stirring until melted and creamy. (2 to 3 minutes)
Add cooked linguine and toss until fully coated in the sauce.
Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Serving Suggestion: Serve with garlic bread or a fresh salad. Store leftovers for up to 3 days.
