HEALTHIER CHOCOLATE PB CUPS
If you need to satisfy your sweet tooth, you need to make these! They are so delicious and perfect to have on hand in the fridge!
¾ cup peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
1 ½ cups rolled oats (I used gluten-free)
1 cup puffed rice
1/3 cup raw honey (or pure maple syrup)
melted dark chocolate
flakey sea salt
In a bowl, combine peanut butter, oats, puffed rice and honey until well-combined.
Scoop the mixture into a muffin pan.
Flatten each mixture with a spoon.
Drizzle melted chocolate on top of each mixture.
Sprinkle with flakey sea salt.
Freeze for 15 minutes.
Remove from freezer, pop them out with a butter knife and enjoy!
This makes 12 chocolate peanut butter cups!
