Grain-Free Protein Crepes

Ingredients

1 scoop (35.7g) Vanilla Protein Powder (or unflavored)

2 eggs

3 Tablespoons dairy-free milk (or milk of choice)

Directions

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Spray pan with olive oil or oil of choice.

In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and whisk until smooth.

Pour 1/3 cup of batter into the pan and swirl until the batter spreads.

Cook until the underside of crepe is golden brown, about 1-2 minutes.

Loosen the edges of the crepe with a rubber spatula then carefully flip. Cook another 1-2 minutes or until done.

Fill with your favorite ingredients and enjoy.
