2 Eggs
4 cups flour
1 pinch of salt
1 splash Water (~ 2 tbsp)
Directions
Kneed mixture into dough
Roll into flat disk (~ 1/4" thick)
Carefully roll disk of dough into a spiral (like cinnamon roll)
Chop across spiral in ~1/4" wide slices
Unroll noodles and lay on parchment lined, floured sheet pan for 4-8 hours or overnight to dry
Boil when ready to use
Notes
Flour work area generously and ensure dough is not too sticky or dry when rolling
Noodles should be approx. 1/4" thick and 1/4" wide, length may very
