8 OZ SEMI SWEET CHOCOLATE (1 1/2 CUPS)

1/2 CUP OIL (ANY VARIETY)

2/3 CUP WHITE SUGAR

2 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT

3 LARGE EGGS

PINCH SALT

Instructions

In bowl add chocolate and oil, microwave for 1 minute on high. Stir until chocolate is melted. 2 Add sugar, cocoa and vanilla and mix well. Add eggs until well combined. Add salt. 3 Pour into 8" springform pan or round pan lined with parchment paper. 4 Bake in 350 F oven for 20 minutes or just until centre is just dry, do not overbake.
