Ingredients

12 oz shell pasta

1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-size pieces

Salt & cracked black pepper, to taste

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

¾ cup heavy cream

2 oz cream cheese (optional, for extra silkiness)

¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ tsp Italian or steak seasoning

Fresh parsley or chives, for garnish

Optional: red pepper flakes or balsamic drizzle

Directions

Cook the Pasta:

Boil shells in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sear the Steak:

Season steak with garlic powder, salt, and plenty of black pepper.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high.

Sear steak 2–3 minutes per side until golden with crisp edges. Remove and rest.

Make the Creamy Garlic-Parmesan Sauce:

Melt butter in the same skillet. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

Pour in cream and stir in cream cheese until smooth.

Add Parmesan and seasoning. Simmer until rich and creamy.

Bring It All Together:

Toss shells and steak into the sauce. Stir gently until everything’s coated in garlic-Parmesan goodness. Simmer 1–2 minutes.

Serve:

Garnish with parsley or chives, and finish with a little red pepper or balsamic if you’re feelin’ fancy.
