Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice

  • 5 cup water

  • 1 qt. chicken broth

  • 4 Chicken thighs

  • Fish sauce to taste (1-2 spoonfuls)

  • Ginger

Directions

  1. Parboil chicken in small pot.

  2. In a large pot, combine rice, water, and chicken broth.

  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat.

  4. Add chicken when ready.

  5. Cook for 30-40 minutes.

  6. Remove chicken and shred.

  7. Then return to pot.
