Chipotle Chicken Salad

480 g shredded chicken breast
250 g low fat Greek yogurt
¼ cup chipotle sauce
1 cup canned black beans
1 cup canned sweet corn
1½ cups cucumbers, chopped
1 cup red capsicum, chopped
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
Directions
Add all ingredients to a large bowl and combine well. Taste and adjust seasoning add more salt or chipotle sauce if you like it spicier.
Serve on its own, in wraps, over salad or with corn chips. I like to add jalapeños to mine
