Ingredients

3 - 4 soft ripe avocados

I small onion chopped very fine or 4 small chopped fine

Garlic salt

1 T. or enough to mix ingredi- ents but not too soupy

3-6 hot peppers chopped very fine lemon juice lettuce

tomatoes tortilla chips

Directions

• Peel and mash avocados with a potato masher or fork.

• Shake garlic salt to cover top. Add onions, mayonnaise, and hot peppers. Taste to see if you want it hotter. Add a bit of lemon juice to prevent it from turning brown.

• Chop lettuce pretty fine and cut tomatoes in little squares. Ar- range in layers the first being lettuce then tomatoes and 1/2 of avocado mixture then repeat. Sprinkle a few pieces of lettuce and tomato on top and serve with tortilla chips.
