Healthy Protein Reese’s Eggs
3/4 cup peanut butter
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 scoops vanilla protein powder (@promix code sam)
1 cup dark chocolate chips (Hu)
1 tbsp coconut oil
Directions
Mix peanut butter, maple syrup, and protein powder until combined
Scoop mixture and shape into eggs (12 total) and freeze for 15 minutes
Melt chocolate chips + coconut oil in 30-second increments, stirring until smooth
Dip each egg, let excess drip off, place back on sheet
Drizzle extra chocolate + sprinkles of your choice
Freeze another 10-15 minutes until set. Store in fridge or freezer!
