Ingredients

6 egg yolks

Bread crumbs

Parmesan cheese powder

Parsley

Directions

Mix bread crumbs, Parmesan, parsley together in a freezer-safe container.

Make divots into the mixture, and crack 6 egg yolks into them, cover with more mixture.

Freeze egg yolks for at least 2 hours.

Remove from mixture and fry at 180°C for 30 seconds, then rest 30 seconds.

Repeat two more times (for a total of 3 times).
