Garlic Pak Choi >>> Heartbreak

Ingredients

400–500g pak choi

1 cup diced shallots

2 tbsp minced garlic

2 tbsp oyster sauce

2 tbsp light soy sauce

1–2 tbsp neutral oil

Directions

Wash pak choy and trim the ends.

Blanch stems in boiling water for 45 sec, then add leaves for another 45 sec. Drain.

Heat oil in a wok, sauté shallots + garlic until golden.

Add oyster sauce and soy sauce, stir well.

Toss in pak choy, coat evenly, and serve hot with rice or noodles.
