Crust
1 lb ground chicken
1 large egg
½ cup lite shredded parm or mozzarella
½ @simplyorganicfoods mild taco seasoning packet
Taco Topping:
1 lb ground beef (90/10)
½ @simplyorganicfoods mild taco seasoning packet
1 cup low sugar pizza sauce
½ cup lite shredded Mexican-blend cheese
Toppings:
Shredded lettuce
Diced tomatoes
Diced onion
Sliced jalapeños
Cilantro
Mexican crema

Here’s how you make it -
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix ground chicken, egg, parmesan or mozzerella, and ½ of your taco seasoning packet.
Spread mixture into a thin 10–12 inch circle on parchment. Press evenly (wet hands help).
Bake 20–25 minutes until golden and cooked through. If there’s excess moisture, blot gently with a paper towel.
Brown beef in a skillet. Add taco seasoning and cook for 4-5 minutes until cooked through.
Spread pizza sauce over baked chicken crust. Add taco meat. Sprinkle shredded cheese
Return to the oven for 5–8 minutes, until the cheese melts.
Top with lettuce, tomatoes, onion and crema after baking. Slice and enjoy!
