Creamy Garlic Parmesan Corn

Ingredients

4 ears of cooked corn (I boiled mine off camera)

1½ cups heavy cream

½ stick garlic butter, melted 1½ tsp minced garlic

¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan from the block, not pre-shredded

Cajun seasoning & Italian herb seasoning to taste

Splash of lemon juice

Directions

Melt butter over low to low/medium heat, add in heavy cream slowly and whisk and add garlic.

Gradually add Parmesan, whisking constantly until smooth.

Stir in seasonings. Add a splash of lemon juice if you'd like .

Coat corn in sauce, top with additional seasoning & serve immediately.

Adjust seasonings and ingredients to your liking.
