Ingredients

600 grams Ground Beef (1 square packet)

2 shallots finely chopped

3 cloves Garlic, finely chopped

2 Thai Chili's, seeds removed

Handful of Thai Basil

1 tbsp Sugar

1 tbsp Soy Sauce

1/2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce

1 tbsp Oyster sauce

1 tbsp Fish Sauce

Directions

Heat pan on high and add 2 tbsp of oil.

Add your shallots, garlic, and chilli’s to the hot pan and cook for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Add your beef and cook until it is broken apart and until it is almost cooked through.

Add you combined sauces and cook for another minute or two.

Finally, add your Thai basil and stir in for 1 minute.

Serve hot over fresh white rice.
