Ingredients

2 cups flour

1 cup cold butter en languette

1/2 cup to 1 cup cold water

2 pinches of salt

Directions

In a bowl add the butter and the flour

Pétrir avec les doights et ajouter eau (petit à petit)

* Important to not over knead

Form a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap

Place in fridge for 1 hour

Preheat oven to 350F

Étalez la pâte (farine)

Beurre la moule et ajoute ta pâte et pique avec une fourchette

Cook for 50 minutes

Notes

Plum filling :

800g Plums

40 g brown sugar

1 tbs cinnamon

Jaune d'oeufs, sucre, lait

Quiche Lardon :

Lardon, cream, oeufs, gruyere
