Sweet Potato Casserole (Norma Howell)

4-5 large sweet potatoes
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk or cream
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter
Splash vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon (or to taste)
Crumble Topping
1/4 cup melted butter
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
Pinch salt
Chopped or pecan halves (about 1 cup)
Directions
Peel and chop potatoes, boil until tender. Mash with above ingredients and place in 9x13 glass pan. Top with crumble.
Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes until golden brown and slightly bubbly.
Notes
Half recipe - use 9x9 pan.
