Ingredients:
• 4 sheets leaf gelatin
• 600 g (21 oz) smoked salmon slices
• 400 g (14 oz or 1¾ cups) cream cheese, softened
• 120 ml (½ cup) crème fraîche or Greek yogurt
• 2 tbsp wholegrain mustard
• 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill (optional)
• 2 tbsp pickled capers, drained
Directions
Smoked Salmon Terrine A stunning, creamy smoked
salmon terrine perfect for special occasions. Impress
your guests with its elegant look and rich flavor! Store
in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Prep Time: 20 min Chill Time: 4–8 hrs
Equipment:
• 850 g (1 lb) loaf pan (9 x 5 x 3 in or 22 x 13 x 7 cm)
• Plastic wrap
Instructions:
1) Soak gelatin in cold water until soft (5–10 min).
2) Line loaf pan with plastic wrap and smoked salmon
slices, leaving overhang.
3) Reserve some salmon slices for middle layer; finely
chop the rest (don’t over-process).
4) Mix cream cheese, crème fraîche, mustard, dill,
squeezed gelatin, chopped salmon, and capers.
5) Spoon half the mixture into pan, add reserved
salmon layer, top with remaining mixture, and smooth.
6) Fold over salmon, cover with plastic wrap, and chill
for 4–8 hrs.
7) Unmold, slice, and serve with bread or salad.
Tip: Garnish with dill or capers for extra flair.
